Book An Appointment

It all begins with a call or an email. All new patients are encouraged to schedule a consultation first before booking any treatments. Dr Banerjee is an expert in his field and will help you define your treatment goals and to develop a personalised treatment plan.

We collect a £50 deposit for all appointments. This can be deducted from your final cost of treatment or refunded without any questions asked, provided you give us 48 hours notice of cancellation.

Consultation

The best way to help you get the most out of your treatment is to ensure you are educated about your condition or treatment. We throw in a bit of spoiling over a cup of exotic Peruvian coffee; Luxury handpicked tea or timeless Portuguese wine. (Only at our Harlow office). We provide you with all the information you need to make an informed choice. We will not only address the aesthetic aspects but will also reflect the psychological issues and best practise guidelines of the treatment. The meeting is never rushed. You will have ample time to ask as many questions you like. You would only be encouraged to book a treatment, once you and Dr Banerjee are both satisfied. By the end of the consultation session, you will have a very clear panorama of what to expect at the end of the treatment, maintenance of the results and the costs involved.

Consenting

We aim to provide you with detail information appertaining to your treatment. Before the actual procedure, you will receive an email about the treatment you are booking. This jargon-free email will explain the procedure to you with simple diagrams. It will also contain advantages, disadvantages, alternatives and most importantly, complications. On the day of your treatment, a physical copy of the email will be presented to you. We will again answer any questions you have. Then if you wish to proceed, we will hand over the consent form for you to sign. This form will state that you have read and understood the implications and possible complications of the procedure, and you are happy to proceed. Either Agniva, Lisa or Joana will countersign this consent form. If it is an intimate procedure, both of them will countersign.

If the treatment is carried out at Harley Street, London a member of staff from the clinic will countersign the form.

Patch testing

We assign the highest regards to safety. Therefore our policy is to conduct a patch test for a particular treatment. We only need to perform a patch test for hyaluronidase injection. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme which dissolves hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. For Botulinum toxin injection, dermal fillers and Vampire treatments, no patch test is required.

Treatment

All the treatments are carried out by Dr Agniva Banerjee. Once the chosen area has been anaesthetised, we would perform the intended procedure. We would take before and after treatment photos, and it would be saved in our file using an impregnable security system. Occasionally, with your consent, we may use the pictures for our social media handles or training and teaching purpose. We would always show you the picture we propose to use. At any stage, if you want us not to use your photographs, we will comply without any question asked.

Aftercare

We consider our treatment as a class apart. So, we are pledged to protecting your investment and our art. We would provide you with aftercare leaflets, information and product advice. Our dedicated aftercare plan includes 24 X 7 telephone support. We strongly encourage you to come back for a complimentary follow-up appointment after two weeks.
